I can thank Sam's family for this fun tradition. Until I met them, Cinco de Mayo barely registered as anything, it was just May 5th; but the Brand family actually partied! The memory is a warm fuzzy to me, you see, we'd been engaged less than a month and quite frankly, they could have gotten together to celebrate World Asthma Day (yes, it's for real) and it would have been a sweet memory. It does help that Mexican food is probably my favorite cuisine (does Cafe Rio count as "cuisine?") Anyway, ever since then we've observed the holiday, at least in the food sense. This year we celebrated with friends...ok, half the neighborhood...and had a blast! Great food, great company, great pinata!
Lining up...

Great pictures! The person who took those was a real whiz-bang with the camera.
- The boy and girl together on the left side of the kids lined up are adorable. Their mom must be a hotty.
- Sam looks silly. Normally he wears a nicer shirt with his hat. That was funny when he swung on the rope and the tree limb snapped and he fell into the mud...
- Sure, Carlee sat in mud...riiggght.
- Wow, a picture of my house.
- 'This is sho goood' That is the best caption ever!
Once again, another fabulous party thrown by the Brands! What a fun tradition to have. The picture of Karlee and Korynne is the best!
